Profiles in Hate

The US Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel is based on hatred against Jews and Israel

An American academic boycott campaign was started in 2009 by 13 professors in California in order to bring the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against Israel movement (BDS) to university campuses. The movement now claims activities on more than 40 US campuses.

The US Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (USACBI) called on American colleges and universities to refrain from associating with Israeli academic and cultural institutions. In addition, the schools were called upon to sell their investments in specific companies with significant operations in Israel.

Hatem Bazian: co-founder of the violently anti-Semitic/anti-Israel group called Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.

You may not be aware of the many activities of Hatem Bazian: he has become one of the main figures behind a campaign of hate against Jews and Israel in the United States. In 2001, he was a co-founder of the group “Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP).” SJP's stated goal is to promote a "just resolution of the plight of the Palestinians" and employs boycott, divestment and sanctions campaigns as well as mock checkpoints and mock "apartheid walls" on campuses throughout the U.S. to promote that cause.

Protest outside Muslim conference in Toronto featuring speakers linked to anti-Semitic remarks

More than 75 peaceful protesters were on the sidewalk carrying Israeli flags in front of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) Canadian headquarters in Clarkson on Oct. 23, 2011, demonstrating their opposition to a Calling the World Back to Allah conference featuring speakers who have been previously linked to allegations of anti-Semitic and anti-gay remarks. They also carried signs that read "Stop Islamic Racism."

The Jewish National League was joined by several other faith groups, including the International Christian Voice, headed locally by slain Pakistani Minorities Minister's brother Peter Bhatti, the Canadian Hindu Advocacy, headed by Ron Banerjee, the Canadian Egyptian Congress, the Costa Christian Mission, and the Lakshmi Narayan Hindu Temple.

Raed Salah branded as a man of hate by British Immigration Tribunal

On Oct. 26, 2011, an immigration tribunal in Britain concluded that Raed Salah had engaged in “the unacceptable behavior of fostering hatred” that might lead to intercommunity violence in the UK.

The tribunal considered five pieces of evidence against Salah: a poem he wrote, a speech in which he invoked a blood libel slur against Jews, claims that Israel intends to destroy the Aksa Mosque, charges he currently faces in Israel for incitement to violence and anti-Semitism, and his conviction for funding organizations linked to Hamas.

Susan Abulhawa: A charming star performer for the propagation of hate against Jews and Israel

Susan Abulhawa is a rising star on the United States lecture circuit – invite her when you need a personable Palestinian-American to communicate hatred of Jews and Israel. She is the daughter of Palestinian refugees of the 1967 War, who went to Jordan, then Syria, and ended up in Kuwait where Susan was born (but could not become a citizen). She then went to Jordan, from there for three years in the Dar El-Tifl El-Arabi, an East Jerusalem orphanage, and finally moving to the United States at age 13.

Richard Falk Apologizes to Animals, Mocks Jews

After first denying that he published an anti-Semitic cartoon on his blog, the United Nation's Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Palestinian territories has admitted he did do so, and has published a mocking apology. The cartoon depicted a Jewish dog (with yarmulke and Star of David) eating a bloody human body. Responding to criticism of the cartoon, Richard Falk states that we should treat animals with respect, making a joke of his apology. Watchog organization UN Watch has called for his removal from a sensitive and influential UN position, but that is highly unlikely to happen.

Greek Bishop’s Clarification: Jews are Satanists who want to take over the World

A bewildering letter of clarification by Metropolitan Seraphim of Piraeus seeks to clarify that he does not hate Jews (recognizing that Jesus was born a Jew), but claims that the Jews have since been lead into Satanism by the teachings of the Talmud, the Rabbis and the Kabbalah, and that Zionism is a conspiracy to take over the world. Metropolitan Seraphim further seems to believe that because he has already publicly declared his belief in these crackpot theories in the past, he should be exempt from the angry reaction shown at his most recent pronouncements.

Jewish Conspiracy Theories Lack Motive

The British royal family killed Princess Diana because she was supposedly carrying an illegitimate child. The CIA ordered the assassination of John F. Kennedy because he had suspicions about the bureau’s motives and wanted to shut them down. Aliens are abducting humans because they use them as testing subjects for new technology. The Jews have a plan for global domination because they want—well, that part’s a bit unclear.

Carlo Mattogno

Carlo Mattogno is an Italian Holocaust denier. Like all Holocaust deniers, Mattogno uses blatant lies, illogical arguments and discredited material to create his "work."
